Megan is an interdisciplinary artist based in Rochester, NY. She moved to Rochester in 2010 to work on her MFA at Visual Studies Workshop and has since made the city her home. She is a Teaching Artist in the Rochester City School District and bookbinding instructor at Flower City Arts Center. She works in video, sound, photography, book arts and various sculptural forms to explore the enigmas of religion, memory and family. Collecting images, sounds, and text is an integral part of her process as she works to repurpose the found in creating alternative narratives.
