Nest (2019)

This is my second “Mudbooks” Collaboration. Ceramic artist, Stephanie Krist created the dome structure to house my letterpress printed scroll. The text on the scroll is an erasure poem of The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett.

Serpens (2018)

Serpens is a book created from the prompt “Mudbooks”. The ceramic front and back covers were created by artist Kate Whorton.

Bumblebee Dreams (2012)

Poet Aaron Lawrick and myself decided to collaborate on a book of poems. We only met a couple of times, but through those meetings and lots of technology based communication we were able to decide on the concept for a book of poems highlighting the hypothetical dreams of insects. For this project I rummaged through the Visual Studies Workshop Lantern Slide Archive in order to find images to suit the design of the book and compliment Aaron’s poetry.
